Dear friends in song,
It is an honor and privilege to be joining the PMO family and to have the opportunity to work with the wonderful students, colleagues, alumni and friends associated with PMO and Purdue University. My wife Natalie and I are excited about the journey we will take with our children Wil and Josie as they grow up with Purdue University and the PMO family. I will work tirelessly to help PMO reach new heights of success and garner new relationships with friends both new and old.
It’s an amazing time to be at Purdue. We have a lot to look forward to this fall and I hope you will make plans to be with us. With the help and vision of Ralph & Bettye Bailey, along with support from several others, we will begin a new chapter for PMO as we plan for a building on campus. Several supporters have already stepped forward to build momentum for the facility including Dick & Mary Lou Hazleton, Dan Deufel, Wayne & Barbara Kroemer, Bill & Gail Cordier and Neil & Jeanne Smith. We are most gracious for their commitment to the PMO students and program.
This December we will celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Purdue Christmas Show. There is no better way to reconnect than to be a part of this amazing tradition. Natalie and I would love to meet you during Christmas Show weekend. If you have ideas, please be sure you contact our two alumni spearheading the project, Kevin Sprecher (PVGC alum & former manager) and Ryan Messer (U-Choir alum and former manager). Make plans to join us now – we need you to make our dreams reality!
Our future is blessed with opportunity and I hope to create an atmosphere of excitement, pride and collaboration to strengthen PMO as the proud ambassadors of Purdue University. In the words of Al Stewart, “No fun without music, no music without fun.” Be a part of the excitement!
